Stylish – and with a breathtaking view of Cologne: LAB12 is also a perfect function suite for private or business events with an impressive panoramic location and casually elegant vintage style. The interior concept with dark natural tones and indirect light was designed not to impair the panoramic view from the Sky Bar on the 12th floor of the Hotel Pullman Cologne.
LAB12 brings two worlds together: the art of the perfumer and the craftsmanship of cocktail making.
Besides the traditional drinks on the drinks menu, you can enjoy cocktails with an inspiring combination of flavours, fragrances and alcohol – mixed for you personally by experienced professionals at the bar.

LAB12: a sensual inspiration
The LAB12 is located high above Cologne with a breathtaking view of the skyline and the Cologne Cathedral an has a unique idea.
A bar like the LAB12 could only be founded in Cologne – the city of fragrances. LAB12’s cocktail concept is inspired by the fine art of perfumers and combines it with the craft of cocktail creation. Cocktails and perfume are both cultivations of alcohol and conserve various ingredients, flavours and scents.
Just like a perfumer balancing the varierty of scents in his perfume the barkeeper has to balance his ingredients to find the right taste for his cocktails. Both barkeeper and perfumer are looking for perfect combinations of flavour, scents and alcohol to create something truly special.
Cocktails and perfumes can both prompt emotion, trigger old memories and can be responsible for individual and mutual feelings of nostalgia.
